I have no discipline when it comes to ice cream. After going oh for November in Ben & Jerry's consumption, Mongo rebounded in December with about nine pints consumed. Though down from my usual sixteen, this is totally unacceptable. So...I will now be going cold turkey for the entire month of January. I've got no one to blame but myself.
