Back in the saddle after a short time off, AK wins the opening TT at the Giro del Trentino.
With GC contenders like Basso, Di Luca, Simoni, and Garzelli close behind, this will be a good test of his form.

This time, however, Klodi Bear has more than his usual Kazaki goon squad to support him. I'll keep my fingers crossed for his success. Podium: 1: AK 2: The Killer 3: ISD's GV aka eyebrowz. BTW, congrats on the FW podium prediction MP!!!
I do like Janez Brajkovic. He's got future GC potential. I'm convinced that AK has got his sights set on shaking things up at Le Tour. Astana will work for Levi at the Giro... and then if El Pistolero doesn't have the legs at the Tour...it's every man for himself.
