Klodi could probably join BMC as an undisputed GC leader. BMC, being Swiss, have opportunities in the tours of Romandie and Suisse; one week races are where AK seems to excel. Plus, if BMC gets a GT invite, he could challenge for a podium spot. Now that the team has an increased budget over last year and no longer has to pay Zberg, he could get a big money contract with them.
I like your thinking! But...with so much riding on "Mellow Johnny & The Fat Man" being successful next year at the Tour with Radio Shack, I think they'll pay AK whatever he wants to stay.
